Gregory G. Rheams graduated from the Georgetown University School of Law with a Master’s degree in Taxation, and earned his J.D. degree from the St. Louis University School of Law--a Jesuit law school similar to Santa Clara University. Greg has also passed all four parts of the Uniform C.P.A. examination.



Our Practice Areas

Greg specializes in two areas of the law where knowledge of tax laws is particularly important: business law and estate planning.  Greg’s legal experience runs from writing legal opinions for accountants to drafting business documents to minimizing estate taxes for individuals.
